    Thanks for sharing the article Does passion in your work even matter? I do believe that one has to have passion of what they do or they will not do it well. When my children chose their careers my son wanted to be a firefighter but his dad want him to go to college but I said if he does not want to go to college he will not do well and we will be wasting his time and our money. He went to firefighting school and has been in fire service for five years and is very good at it. I told him if that was what he truly wanted to I would support them every step of the way.

    I have little ones still, but my son who is 7 years old wants to play for the NFL, preferably the Carolina Panthers. LOL>>>> Parents want the best for their children at all times, but we cannot live their lives for them. Thanks for sharing! Best of luck with your family.
